Warlock?

How does one turn off a "warlock"?

VS

Yeah, how do you turn off your male witch? Kill him?

My colleague Mike, who knows more than I do about such things, says warlocks are electronic jamming devices. They are used to interrupt signals, such as those from cell phones that could be used to detonate roadside bombs.
