Democrat Barack Obama and Republican John McCain will appear together at Ground Zero on the seventh anniverary of the 9/11 attacks. Both presidential campaigns released this joint statement today:
“All of us came together on 9/11 - not as Democrats or Republicans – but as Americans. In smoke-filled corridors and on the steps of the Capitol; at blood banks and at vigils - we were united as one American family. On Thursday, we will put aside politics and come together to renew that unity, to honor the memory of each and every American who died, and to grieve with the families and friends who lost loved ones. We will also give thanks for the firefighters, police, and emergency responders who set a heroic example of selfless service, and for the men and women who serve today in defense of the freedom and security that came under attack in New York City, at the Pentagon, and in Shanksville, Pennsylvania."
It is good for the candidates to be at ground zero on 9/11. That is where we need to see our greatest need for change. God sent many messages to get back to His ways; but we didn't want God in our schools or government. Those who know "Leviticus 26" in the law of God, know the past, present and the future. Destructions to our system actually help us leave a system that is causing world problems and destroying us physically, emotionally and spiritually.
It would have been easy to defeat the Taliban if we wanted God in our public areas. We would only need to show them that their holy book says to follow the whole Bible, Moses and Jesus. That is what Jesus said.(Qur'an, Ahmad Numbers 5:68, 69; 42:14-16; 3:56, 7:158, 159(older Qur'an)).Bible: Matthew 4:4, 4:10, 28:18-20; John 17:3.)
We are going the wrong way, our candidates will get a chance to really make change we can believe in when we and they recognize real change.
Governor Palin and John McCain will have similar goals to Barack Obama and Joseph Biden except the anti-abortion and marriage issues; but real change will only come from a new vision and direction toward creating a retirement lifestyle of a garden paradise. That solves world problems and gives true freedom and independence.
Rebuilding the military, building alliances to fight other people's wars, enticing more people to enlist and prepare for war, and giving better benefits is not change. If we turned from our employment lifestyle that causes stress, pollution, disease, accidents, afflictions, wars and conflicts, we would not need universal health care, social services like welfare and pre-kindergarten child care.
Alliances would not be needed if we turned from our lifestyle of building military weapons, manufacturing, processing, and transporting food, goods, and people around the world to creating a garden paradise that supplies our needs in our communities. God's original plan is ours when we want it and release the past polluting, bondage and stress producing lifestyle behind.
If our candidates do not change our ways, we will still be working away from families, buying insurance, and dealing with daily stress of energy needs, child care, college tuition, sons in military, and conflicts over abortion, marriages, and religion. Independence from foreign oil will still make us dependent on local energy suppliers. We will still be complaining about energy costs. There is no real change until we really change direction toward creating a true freedom and independence by creating a garden paradise. That solves all world problems at the same time. This is what God meant when He said, "Come out" in Revelation 18. Pray for the Divine-Way and you will have it.

The title of this article is a bit miseading.
McCain supporters gathered up all the leftover American flags that Patriotic Americans waved at the Democratic Convention.
They plan to pass these out on 9/11 to prove that only Republicans love America....
I don't feel that this Republican tactic is putting politics on hold on 9/11.
