A poor man hope
Sorry it's been while.
The matter as fact I was looking for some thing worth to write about but i couldn't as you know we have been used to the public crimes and the sectarian brutality and the religion violation we need some thing new like we have never seen before but I believe that I will never see some thing like that because …….!!!!!
You know...
Now the Iraqi's are number one in the brutality I will never swear that have never been like that in spite of all the violation which going on in the country we used to like each other help each other as brothers…!!!!
What happened suddenly we start hate each other kills each other no matter what is the sect or religion of the victim so I want to say that the Iraqi's are not running the country ... The bandits do like for example (Mohammed al-Askary) the spokesman of the ministry of defense before he become spokesman show up on TV and said the dissolved the ministry of defense (he means the Americans) so if the did not re form it from the same old Iraqi army members we will find our way to fight the occupiers and kick them out of the country after tow weeks the occupiers become friendly forces and the new ministry become legal and the old Iraqi army members were exception to serve there country again can we ask our selves why he did that???
The answer is he don't care about the other Iraqi's his concern about the $$$$$$$$$ and the position as every one else do maybe even me this is the Iraqi disaster the greed is the Iraqi society cancer no want to be patriot for his country even mahdi army why do you think they are doing what they do…they are stealing raping killing during the there raids after the raids every one go's to do his habits like taking drugs or going to the whore house with his friends or even getting drunk and hang around in he streets and swearing people and the funny part is (HE STILL PROUD WITH WHAT HE IS DOING AND HIS MEMBERSHIP IN WORST AND COWEREST ARMY I HAVE SEEN IN MY ALL LIFE ) so I will never blame Saddam or Bush or any one else but I blame the Iraqi brain they are so stupid so they can believe every thing the government say or promise or following the imams from the neighboring countries or do what ever they been told like we say blind obedience for nothing for lie's for illusion an able to reach or for dead hope well the matter as fact it is hard to say but we are running our selves we are not ruled by any law or constitution that is it and thanks again for your time ...

The greed is the same here. Gas prices go up ten cents a gallon, and people are ready to turn the government over. The blind obedience is the same. Fox News takes it's talking points from Rove, and the next thing you know, things like the "surge" (dribble, really) are being discussed in all seriousness everywhere. We don't seem to know how to take the initiative back either. 70% of the US people want an end to this idiotic invasion of Bush's, but Congress can't even get a non-binding resolution passed.
What we don't have so much are people who keep going to university, braving bombs on the way. What we don't have so much are doctors who keep practicing in the face of death threats. Maybe that's because we have fewer bombs and death threats. I just have to hope that a bloodbath isn't the only way to find the moral giants among us.

Is George Bush's American surge working?
Is Baghdad more safe?
Do you feel more safe?

You have made a very good point about the blind obedience. When the Soviet Union fell, I was in Armenia not long after and it was clear the people didn't know how to take the initiative themselves to run things in their country as they'd only known what you call blind obedience. It will take generations to learn that sort of independence. They too had the problems with greed and corruption taking over and winning the day. It's a situation that leaves the people vulnerable to another strongman tyrant like Saddam to bring security through fear.
They are telling us the new "Iraqi surge" is working in Baghdad in terms of stopping the violence. We have fewer reports of bombings taking place there. Is it true? Has the situation improved at all?
