Argentina: payback

Argentina is joining the growing list of South American nations that are charging for U.S. visitors to travel there.

I guess the trend is inevitable. The South Americans call it "reciprocity."

The U.S. government charges Argentines and others who want to come to the U.S.

But I wonder if the South American countries lose more than they gain by adding an obstacle to U.S. visitors.
