Finding out more about Chantix

The Veterans Administration is hot on the trail of who was behind the Chantix drug study where recently- returned veterans of the Iraq and Afghanistan wars were prescribed an anti-smoking drug to combat PTSD. The drug proved to have potentially dangerous side-effects for some veterans including psychosis and suicidal thoughts. 'Nearly 40 suicides in the U.S. have been reported in conjunction with Chantix prescriptions.'  [Washington Times]
