Most of us don't consider the problems faced by military families who can move every three years or so. In this case, getting a simple drivers licence can be a hassle. Proposed legislation on residency might make it easier. [Sacramento Bee]

It is true that military families do face some hassles when they need to move from one place to another. Lets hope that this proposed residency makes things easier.
